The rent is due on the 1st business day of each month. The last day to pay rent is March 11, 2025, at 5:30pm. On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, a $25.00 LATE FEE will be posted to unpaid accounts. This includes maintenance charges owed and unpaid agreements. Payment made after March 12, 2025, will be considered late. March 27, 2025, a Dispossessory will be filed. 


March is National Women's History Month! This phenomenal woman is Marie Curie. She was a world-famous scientist who discovered radium and polonium. She created the term radioactivity and her work has laid the foundation for the use of radioactive elements in medical treatments like radiation therapy.

The International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade is observed on March 25th. This day allows us to reflect and educate about the forced displacement and the actions we can take to fight against racism and prejudice. Here are 6 ways we can do that! 

  • Educate yourself.
  • Call out and report racism, online and in person.
  • Donate to organizations that advance the cause of racial justice.
  • Sign a petition in support of anti-racist initiatives.
  • Consider joining or organizing peaceful protests
  • Raise awareness. With the internet, it is easier than ever to share facts and show support.

Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month with a ribbon

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) affects almost 1 million people in the United States and 2.9 million people worldwide. MS is more common in females than males. It is not an inherited condition, but the risk of developing MS may be slightly greater if you have a first-degree relative with the condition.

Many people feel fatigue with multiple sclerosis. Ways to manage fatigue include: 

  • regular exercise
  • healthy sleep patterns
  • avoiding medicines that make fatigue worse

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Observed every March 17th, this holiday celebrates Irish culture and heritage.

The event started as a religious holiday, but over time it's become a celebration of Irish culture. Make sure to wear your green for good luck!

NATIONAL COLON CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

Colorectal cancer is the second-deadliest cancer in the United States. But, it's highly preventable with screening. Which can find the warning signs and allow for treatment early, when it's most effective. 

Dress in Blue on Friday, March 7, to increase awareness of CRC and honors those affected by the disease.

Mardi Gras is a Christian holiday and popular cultural phenomenon that dates back thousands of years to pagan spring and fertility rites. Mardi Gras is traditionally celebrated on "Fat Tuesday," the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent. In many areas, however, Mardi Gras has evolved into a week-long festival. 

Did you know? The iconic purple, gold, and green Mardi Gras colors were established in 1872.
